How to Configure Gmail and Domain Specific Email Account in Microsoft Outlook 2010

Under last post I described about how you can create domain specific email addresses that’s why now time is email address configuration. Inside this post” How to Configure Gmail and Domain Specific Email Account in Microsoft Outlook 2010”  I am showing how you can configure your email address into Microsoft outlook 2010, email address either may be Gmail or domain specific. First of all you should know about outlook. Outlook is an email client program which through you can access your all email addresses in single place and you can also send mail. This program has lots of other features like contact, Task, calendar. Outlook also gives you backup creation and restoration features means you can create your email address complete address. Basically outlook has lots of other features but all these feature I am showing in outlook series demo tutorials, now again I will going on demo point.


Steps of configure email account into Microsoft Outlook 2010

  • Successfully install Outlook 2010 in your Computer.

Before all things, first you should install outlook into your computer. If you already installed Microsoft office pack then you already has outlook email client.

  • Launch Your Outlook 2010 Software

This is another step of outlook configuration process. Now time is launch outlook program if you already has outlook then Go to Start ->  Type “ Outlook “ and check output result, under result section you got outlook email client program then select it and hit “ Enter “ .


  • Add email account into outlook

Now time is going for next step, here you need to add your email address into your outlook client. Below I am showing all supported steps.

  • Go to file menu and select add button


  • Now new add account information form are open then fill all information like

  • Add-new-account

    • User name
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
    • Radio Button for manually configuration


  • Hit Next button, after hit button account configuration process is start when all steps are successfully complete then your account configuration process is complete.


  • After all these steps you can get and sent your all mail into your outlook email client.
